We are looking for a Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join a leading Fintech organization!

About the Role:

As a Project Manager & Systems Analyst, you will oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless integration between development teams, QA, automation, internal teams, and external suppliers. Your role will also include writing specifications (when necessary), leading management and steering committees, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end project management and task execution
✅ Integration between multiple teams and stakeholders
✅ Technical analysis & system characterization
✅ Leading intra- and inter-organizational integrations
✅ Managing management & steering committees
✅ Working in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Exact Sciences, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – required
✔️ 5+ years of experience in systems analysis – required
✔️ 2+ years of experience in project management – required
✔️ Strong SQL skills – required
✔️ Experience with multi-interface system analysis & technical design – required
✔️ Development background – a significant advantage
✔️ Experience in insurance & pensions – a plus
✔️ Experience with pension clearing house projects – a plus
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Self-learning ability and willingness to work overtime
