תחומי אחריות:

·       ניהול ישיר של צוות מקצועי הכולל מנהלי פרויקטים.

·       אחריות כוללת על ניהול תוכנית העבודה של הצוות, כולל חלוקת משימות, תעדוף, ניהול עומסים, איכות התוצרים, מדדי ביצוע ובקרה.

·       שותפות בהובלה של פרויקטים חוצי-ארגון מורכבים, משלב הייזום ועד שלב ההטמעה – כולל לו"ז, תקציב, ניהול שינויים, סיכונים ותיאומים רגישים בין ממשקים.

·       גיבוש פתרונות מערכתיים וטכנולוגיים לצרכים עסקיים ורפואיים, תוך שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם לקוחות פנים ארגוניים ממגוון חטיבות.

·       ניהול תחזוקת המערכות, כולל תחקור וניהול תקלות, בשיתוף ספקי תוכנה חיצוניים.

·       הובלת תהליכי חדשנות כגון: בחינה והטמעה של טכנולוגיות חדשות, מתודולוגיות עבודה מתקדמות וכלים ניהוליים.

·       עבודה שוטפת עם צוותים נוספיםבחטיבת הטכנולוגיות לצורך סנכרון והבטחת איכות כוללת של הפתרונות.

·       ניהול ממשקי עבודה עם לקוחות פניםארגוניים כולל גורמים רפואיים, שירות ושיווק, תפעול, כספים ועוד תוך רגישות גבוההלצרכים משתנים.

·       פיתוח של הצוות כגון: ליווימקצועי, חניכה אישית, ומתן כלים לניהול עצמי, לניהול פרוייקטים, אפיון ולניתוחמערכות.

·       כפיפות ניהולית ומקצועית למנהלתחום דימות וטכנולוגיות.

דרישותהתפקיד:

·       תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב/ הנדסתמחשבים/ הנדסה תעשייה וניהול/ מנהל מערכות בריאות– חובה.

·       לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בניהול ישירשל צוות מנהלי פרויקטים ו/או מנתחי מערכות – חובה.

·       לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בניתוח מערכותוכתיבת אפיונים – חובה.
