CRM Dynamics 2011 ו – CRM365 8.2 כולל ממשקים, ג'ובים ותהליכים מול מספר רב של מערכות באגף.

• פיתוח קסטומיזציות, פלאגינים, JS, HTML, Actions, Custom Workflow

• פיתוח ממשקי WCF, WebAPI

• פיתוח ג'ובים ותהליכי SSIS

• פיתוח דוחות מערכת ו - SSRS

• יכולת תחקור והבנה של תהליכים מורכבים לצורך טיפול בתקלות
